Method
- 1.Add dried lavender to vodka in a clean jar.
- 2.Seal and steep for 3-5 days, tasting daily.
- 3.Strain through a coffee filter once desired intensity is reached.
- 4.Bottle in a dasher bottle.
Notes
- Shelf stable indefinitely. Use 2-3 dashes per drink.
- Over-steeping makes it soapy — taste daily and strain when floral but clean.
- Use in gin drinks, champagne cocktails, and lemonade.
