Ingredients
- White Rum2 oz
- Coconut Cream2 oz
- Pineapple Juice3 oz
- Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Ice2 cups
Method
- 1.Combine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a blender.
- 2.Add ice and blend on high for 20-25 seconds until thick and completely smooth.
- 3.Pour into a hurricane glass or tiki mug.
- 4.Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
Notes
- Use Coco López or real coconut cream for proper richness and body.
- The frozen version uses more ice and slightly more coconut cream than the shaken version to get the right thick, smoothie-like consistency.
- For extra richness, freeze pineapple chunks and use them as part of the ice.
