Frozen Piña Colada

Frozen · Served frozen in a Hurricane glass

Ingredients

Method

  1. 1.Combine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a blender.
  2. 2.Add ice and blend on high for 20-25 seconds until thick and completely smooth.
  3. 3.Pour into a hurricane glass or tiki mug.
  4. 4.Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

Notes

  • Use Coco López or real coconut cream for proper richness and body.
  • The frozen version uses more ice and slightly more coconut cream than the shaken version to get the right thick, smoothie-like consistency.
  • For extra richness, freeze pineapple chunks and use them as part of the ice.
