Frozen Espresso Martini

Frozen · Served frozen in a Coupe

Ingredients

Method

  1. 1.Combine vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup in a blender.
  2. 2.Add ice and blend on high for 15-20 seconds until thick and smooth.
  3. 3.Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
  4. 4.Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Notes

  • Let the espresso cool to room temperature before blending — hot espresso will melt the ice too fast and give you a watery drink.
  • The frozen version won't have the crema of a shaken espresso martini, but the texture is creamier and more dessert-like.
  • For batch: freeze the vodka/liqueur/syrup base and blend to order with fresh espresso and ice.
