Frozen Espresso Martini
Frozen · Served frozen in a Coupe
Ingredients
- Vodka1.5 oz
- Coffee Liqueur1 oz
- Espresso1 oz
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz
- Ice1.5 cups
Method
- 1.Combine vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup in a blender.
- 2.Add ice and blend on high for 15-20 seconds until thick and smooth.
- 3.Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
- 4.Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Notes
- Let the espresso cool to room temperature before blending — hot espresso will melt the ice too fast and give you a watery drink.
- The frozen version won't have the crema of a shaken espresso martini, but the texture is creamier and more dessert-like.
- For batch: freeze the vodka/liqueur/syrup base and blend to order with fresh espresso and ice.
