  2. 2.Add ice and blend on high for 15-20 seconds until slushy and uniform.

Notes

  • The orange juice and simple syrup are essential for frozen texture — without some sugar and water content, the alcohol prevents proper freezing and you get a grainy slush.
  • For batch/machine: combine all ingredients in a 1:1 ratio with water and freeze in a slushie machine or freeze-and-stir method.
  • The bitterness of Campari is muted by cold, so the drink tastes softer and more approachable frozen.
