Ingredients
- Irish Whiskey1.5 oz
- Brown Sugar1 barspoon
- Cloves4 each
- Lemon1 wedge
- Hot Water4 oz
Method
- 1.Warm a footed Irish coffee glass with hot water, then discard.
- 2.Add brown sugar and a small splash of hot water. Stir to dissolve.
- 3.Add whiskey and the clove-studded lemon wedge.
- 4.Top with hot water to fill.
- 5.Stir gently and garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg.
