  2. 2.Stir gently for approximately 40 seconds — the Connaught emphasizes a silky, rounded dilution.
  3. 3.Strain into a frozen Nick & Nora glass.
  4. 4.From the bitters trolley, add a single dash of house lavender bitters (guest chooses from several house-made bitters: lavender, grapefruit, cardamom, coriander, etc.).
  5. 5.No garnish — the bitters provide the aromatic finish.

Notes

  • The Connaught trolley carries multiple gins and house-made bitters. Tanqueray No. Ten with lavender bitters is the most ordered combination.
  • The key is the stirring technique — slow and controlled, never rushed. The goal is silky dilution without over-chilling.
