- Plymouth Gin2 oz
- Dolin Dry Vermouth1 oz
- Grapefruit Bitters1 dash
Method
- 1.Combine gin and dry vermouth in a frozen mixing glass with ice.
- 2.Stir for 35-40 seconds until silky and well-diluted.
- 3.Strain into a frozen Nick & Nora glass.
- 4.Add a single dash of house grapefruit bitters from the trolley.
- 5.Serve without garnish.
Notes
- Plymouth Gin's earthy, slightly sweet profile works especially well with higher vermouth ratios.
