Ingredients
- Gin1.5 oz
- Lillet Blanc0.75 oz
- Elderflower Liqueur0.5 oz
- Cucumber Juice0.75 oz
- Lemon Juice0.5 oz
- Egg White1 oz
Method
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- 2.Add ice and shake hard for another 12 seconds.
- 3.Double-strain into a coupe glass.
- 4.Allow the foam to settle and rise into a dome.
- 5.Garnish with a dehydrated cucumber chip or edible flower on the foam.
