Ingredients
- Mezcal1.5 oz
- Coconut Water1 oz
- Passion Fruit Puree0.75 oz
- Lime Juice0.75 oz
- Agave Syrup0.5 oz
- Saline Solution2 dashes
Method
- 1.Combine mezcal, coconut water, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker.
- 2.Add ice and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
- 3.Add saline solution to the shaker and give one final shake.
- 4.Double-strain into the signature Paradiso custom vessel or a coupe glass.
- 5.Garnish elaborately — Paradiso is known for dramatic, Instagram-worthy presentations.
