Ingredients
- Mezcal1.5 oz
- Tequila Blanco0.5 oz
- Lime Juice1 oz
- Agave Syrup0.75 oz
- Sal de Gusano1 pinch
Method
- 1.Rim half of a rocks glass with sal de gusano (worm salt).
- 2.Combine mezcal, tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 3.Shake hard for 12 seconds.
- 4.Strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
Notes
- The split-base of mezcal and tequila adds smoke while keeping the drink approachable.
