- Fresh Strawberries (hulled400 grams
Method
- 1.Hull and halve strawberries. Use ripe, in-season fruit.
- 2.Combine with gin in a sealed jar.
- 3.Infuse at room temp for 3-5 days, shaking gently daily.
- 4.Fine strain through cheesecloth.
- 5.Bottle and refrigerate. Keeps 3-4 weeks.
Notes
- Stunning pink color. Use in gin & tonics, Negronis, or sparkling cocktails.
- Pairs well with basil, black pepper, or balsamic.
- Fruit becomes boozy — save and use as dessert topping.
