Method

  1. 1.Hull and halve strawberries. Use ripe, in-season fruit.
  2. 2.Combine with gin in a sealed jar.
  3. 3.Infuse at room temp for 3-5 days, shaking gently daily.
  4. 4.Fine strain through cheesecloth.
  5. 5.Bottle and refrigerate. Keeps 3-4 weeks.

Notes

  • Stunning pink color. Use in gin & tonics, Negronis, or sparkling cocktails.
  • Pairs well with basil, black pepper, or balsamic.
  • Fruit becomes boozy — save and use as dessert topping.
