Lemongrass-Infused Vodka

Ingredients
- Vodka750 ml
- Fresh Lemongrass4 each
Method
- 1.Trim tough outer leaves from lemongrass. Bruise stalks with back of a knife to release oils.
- 2.Cut stalks into 2-inch pieces. Add to vodka in a jar.
- 3.Infuse at room temp for 3-4 days.
- 4.Strain through fine mesh. Bottle.
Notes
- Use in Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails, gimlets, or with ginger syrup.
- Pairs beautifully with lime and coconut.
