Method
- 1.Break cinnamon sticks into rough pieces to expose more surface area.
- 2.Add to whiskey in a sealed jar.
- 3.Infuse at room temp for 3-5 days, tasting after day 3.
- 4.Strain out cinnamon. Bottle.
Notes
- Use Ceylon cinnamon for a softer, more citrusy profile. Cassia is spicier.
- Perfect for fall/winter Old Fashioneds or hot toddies.
- Pairs with maple, apple, and pear flavors.
