Ingredients
- London Dry Gin750 ml
- Earl Grey Tea15 grams
Method
- 1.Add loose tea directly to gin bottle or a sealed jar.
- 2.Infuse at room temperature for 2 hours only — do not over-steep.
- 3.Fine strain through coffee filter to remove all tea particles.
- 4.Bottle and store at room temp.
Notes
- Classic "Earl Grey MarTEAni" (Audrey Saunders) base.
- Bergamot oils from Earl Grey add citrus complexity.
- Over-infusing leads to tannic bitterness — set a timer.
