  1. 1.Add loose tea directly to gin bottle or a sealed jar.
  2. 2.Infuse at room temperature for 2 hours only — do not over-steep.
  3. 3.Fine strain through coffee filter to remove all tea particles.
  4. 4.Bottle and store at room temp.

Notes

  • Classic "Earl Grey MarTEAni" (Audrey Saunders) base.
  • Bergamot oils from Earl Grey add citrus complexity.
  • Over-infusing leads to tannic bitterness — set a timer.
