  1. 1.Add saffron threads to gin in a sealed jar.
  2. 2.Infuse at room temperature for 24-48 hours — color and aroma extract quickly.
  3. 3.Fine strain through coffee filter.
  4. 4.Bottle and store at room temp.

Notes

  • Striking orange-gold color. Use in Martinis, spritzes, or sours.
  • Use Iranian or La Mancha saffron for best aroma.
  • A little goes a long way — do not over-dose.
