Ingredients
- London Dry Gin750 ml
- Saffron Threads1 grams
Method
- 1.Add saffron threads to gin in a sealed jar.
- 2.Infuse at room temperature for 24-48 hours — color and aroma extract quickly.
- 3.Fine strain through coffee filter.
- 4.Bottle and store at room temp.
Notes
- Striking orange-gold color. Use in Martinis, spritzes, or sours.
- Use Iranian or La Mancha saffron for best aroma.
- A little goes a long way — do not over-dose.
