Ingredients
- Vodka750 ml
- Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves20 each
Method
- 1.Tear fresh kaffir lime leaves along the center vein to release oils.
- 2.Combine with vodka in a sealed jar.
- 3.Infuse at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
- 4.Fine strain. Bottle and refrigerate.
Notes
- Intense citrus aroma unlike regular lime — floral and perfumed.
- Perfect in gimlets, highballs, or with coconut.
- Fresh leaves are essential — dried leaves lack the essential oils.
