Ingredients
- Mezcal Joven750 ml
- Dried Hibiscus Flowers40 grams
Method
- 1.Add dried hibiscus flowers to mezcal in a sealed jar.
- 2.Infuse at room temperature for 24-36 hours.
- 3.Fine strain through cheesecloth and discard flowers.
- 4.Bottle and store at room temperature.
Notes
- Deep ruby color. Use in Margaritas, Palomas, or Mezcal Sours.
- Pairs with lime, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Over-infusing creates tannic bitterness — 36 hours max.
