- Dry Vermouth75 ml
- Olive Brine250 ml
- Water100 ml
Method
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a bottle.
- 2.Freeze. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a skewer of olives.
Notes
- Extra heavy on the brine — this is a filthy martini.
- Less dilution water needed here because the brine itself adds significant liquid volume and the salt keeps it from freezing too hard.
- If shaking to order, omit the water and shake with ice for 10 seconds.
