Batched Negroni
Batched Cocktails
Ingredients
- Gin750 ml
- Campari750 ml
- Sweet Vermouth750 ml
- Water450 ml
Method
- 1.Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a large container.
- 2.Add water for dilution — this replaces the ~20% dilution you'd get from stirring with ice.
- 3.Stir to combine. Bottle and refrigerate or freeze.
- 4.Serve poured directly over a large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
Notes
- Water is essential here — without it, the batch will taste hot and unbalanced since it's not being stirred over ice.
- If serving stirred to order instead, omit the water entirely and stir each serving with ice for 25-30 seconds.
- Keeps refrigerated 4-6 weeks. Frozen keeps indefinitely — the ABV is high enough to stay liquid.
