Ingredients
- London Dry Gin750 ml
- Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers15 grams
Method
- 1.Add dried butterfly pea flowers to gin in a sealed jar.
- 2.Infuse at room temperature for 4-8 hours only — color develops fast.
- 3.Fine strain through coffee filter.
- 4.Bottle and store away from light.
Notes
- Vivid indigo-blue gin. Turns pink-purple when citrus is added — pH-reactive.
- Spectacular in color-changing G&Ts and Martinis.
- Flavor is subtle, earthy-floral — the visual is the hook.
