Method

  1. 1.Combine diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a bowl.
  2. 2.Muddle lightly, cover, refrigerate 24-48 hours.
  3. 3.Strain out solids, pressing apples to extract juice.
  4. 4.Add apple cider vinegar, stir well.
  5. 5.Bottle and refrigerate.
