Ingredients
- Vodka750 ml
- Food-Grade Activated Charcoal Powder5 grams
Method
- 1.Whisk activated charcoal into vodka until fully suspended.
- 2.Transfer to a sealed container.
- 3.Let stand at room temperature for 4-6 hours, shaking occasionally.
- 4.Fine strain through coffee filter multiple times until crystal clear.
- 5.Bottle — final vodka should be inky black and clear when held to light.
Notes
- Striking jet-black color. Use in 'Black Martinis' or layered drinks.
- Food-grade coconut shell charcoal only — never activated charcoal from a pet store.
- Can bind to some medications — warn guests if needed.
