Contemporary bar classic substituting reposado tequila for bourbon. Works beautifully with añejo as well.
Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila2 oz
- Agave Syrup0.25 oz
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- 1.Add agave and bitters to a rocks glass.
- 2.Add a large ice cube, then pour tequila over.
- 3.Stir gently in the glass for 15-20 seconds.
- 4.Garnish with an orange peel, expressing oils over the surface.
