Created by Jon Santer at Bruno's in San Francisco, 2004. A modern classic built on Bulleit Bourbon and coffee liqueur.
Ingredients
- Bourbon2 oz
- Coffee Liqueur0.5 oz
- Orange Bitters2 dashes
Method
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2.Stir for 25-30 seconds.
- 3.Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4.Flame an orange peel over the drink, then garnish.
