Created by Enzo Errico at Milk & Honey, NYC in 2003. A Brooklyn variation using Punt e Mes for bitter depth.
Ingredients
- Rye Whiskey2 oz
- Punt e Mes0.5 oz
- Maraschino Liqueur0.5 oz
Method
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2.Stir for 25-30 seconds.
- 3.Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4.Garnish with a brandied cherry.
