Ingredients
- High-Proof Vodka500 ml
- Dried Orange Peel30 grams
- Gentian Root8 grams
- Coriander Seeds5 grams
- Cardamom Pods4 each
- Allspice Berries4 each
Method
- 1.Toast coriander, cardamom, and allspice in a dry pan for 1 minute.
- 2.Combine all ingredients in a jar with vodka.
- 3.Steep for 2 weeks, shaking every few days.
- 4.Fine strain through cheesecloth, then coffee filter.
- 5.Bottle in dasher bottles.
Notes
- Shelf stable indefinitely.
- Use dried bitter orange peel (Seville orange) — not sweet orange.
- Available from herbal supply shops or brewing supply stores.
