Ingredients
- Bacon Fat-Infused Bourbon2 oz
- Maple Syrup0.25 oz
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
Method
- 1.Build in a rocks glass: syrup, bitters, fat-washed bourbon.
- 2.Add a large ice cube, stir gently.
- 3.Garnish with an orange twist.
Notes
- Infuse bourbon with Benton's bacon fat: 1.5 oz fat per 750ml, rest 4 hrs.
- Freeze, skim solidified fat, strain through coffee filter.
