Ingredients

Method

  1. 1.Dissolve sugar in hot water, stirring until clear.
  2. 2.Whisk in white miso paste until fully incorporated.
  3. 3.Fine strain through a mesh sieve to remove any solids.
  4. 4.Bottle and refrigerate.

Notes

  • Lasts 2-3 weeks refrigerated.
  • Use shiro (white) miso — red miso is too intense for cocktails.
