Ingredients
- Sugar500 grams
- Water500 ml
- Cinnamon Sticks6 each
Method
- 1.Break cinnamon sticks into pieces.
- 2.Combine water and sugar, heat gently until dissolved.
- 3.Add cinnamon, bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4.Remove from heat, let steep 2-4 hours (longer = stronger).
- 5.Strain, bottle, and refrigerate.
Notes
- Lasts 3-4 weeks.
