Method

  1. 1.Toast almonds at 350F for 8 min. Cool, then blend to a fine meal.
  2. 2.Combine almond meal with water. Let sit 4 hours or overnight.
  3. 3.Strain through cheesecloth, squeezing firmly.
  4. 4.Add sugar to almond milk, stir until dissolved over low heat.
  5. 5.Add orange blossom water. Bottle and refrigerate.

  • Lasts 2-3 weeks.
