Ingredients
- Raw Almonds500 grams
- Sugar750 grams
- Water500 ml
- Orange Blossom Water0.5 tsp
Method
- 1.Toast almonds at 350F for 8 min. Cool, then blend to a fine meal.
- 2.Combine almond meal with water. Let sit 4 hours or overnight.
- 3.Strain through cheesecloth, squeezing firmly.
- 4.Add sugar to almond milk, stir until dissolved over low heat.
- 5.Add orange blossom water. Bottle and refrigerate.
Notes
- Lasts 2-3 weeks.
