Ingredients
- Pineapple Skin + Core200 grams
- Citric Acid10 grams
- Malic Acid5 grams
- Water750 ml
Method
- 1.Use the skin and core from pineapples (waste reduction).
- 2.Blend skins/core with acids. Let sit 2 hours.
- 3.Add water, blend thoroughly. Fine strain.
- 4.Bottle and refrigerate.
Notes
- Lasts 1-2 weeks.
