Super Juices
Ingredients
- Lime Peels100 grams
- Citric Acid40 grams
- Malic Acid5 grams
- Water750 ml
Method
- 1.Peel limes, weigh peels. Juice the limes and reserve.
- 2.Blend peels with citric and malic acid. Let sit 2 hours.
- 3.Add water, blend again. Fine strain and press through cheesecloth.
- 4.Add reserved juice. Bottle and refrigerate.
