Ingredients
- Orange Peels100 grams
- Citric Acid22 grams
- Malic Acid2 grams
- Water750 ml
Method
- 1.Peel oranges, weigh peels. Juice the oranges and reserve.
- 2.Blend peels with acids. Let sit 2 hours.
- 3.Add water, blend, fine strain. Add reserved juice.
- 4.Bottle and refrigerate.
