Super Juices
Ingredients
- Lemon Peels100 grams
- Citric Acid33 grams
- Malic Acid3.5 grams
- Water750 ml
Method
- 1.Peel lemons, weigh peels. Juice the lemons and reserve.
- 2.Blend peels with citric and malic acid. Let sit 2 hours (oleo citrate).
- 3.Add water proportional to peel weight. Blend again.
- 4.Fine strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Press firmly.
- 5.Add reserved juice. Bottle and refrigerate.
