Spiked Chai Latte

Ingredients
- Bourbon1.5 oz
- Chai Tea Concentrate4 oz
- Steamed Milk2 oz
- Honey0.5 oz
Method
- 1.Heat chai concentrate in a saucepan until steaming.
- 2.Add honey and stir until dissolved.
- 3.Pour bourbon into a preheated mug.
- 4.Add the hot chai and stir.
- 5.Top with steamed or frothed milk.
- 6.Dust with cinnamon or cardamom.
Notes
- Make chai concentrate from scratch for the best version: simmer black tea with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, and black pepper in water, then strain.
- Bourbon's vanilla and caramel notes are a natural match for chai spices. Rye whiskey or aged rum also work well.
- For a richer version, use oat milk — it froths well and adds body.
