Ingredients
- Pomegranate Juice500 ml
- Sugar500 grams
- Orange Blossom Water0.5 tsp
Method
- 1.Combine pomegranate juice and sugar in a saucepan over low heat.
- 2.Stir until sugar dissolves — do not boil.
- 3.Remove from heat, add orange blossom water.
- 4.Cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
Notes
- Lasts 3-4 weeks.
- Far superior to commercial grenadine — no corn syrup, no artificial color.
