Method

  1. 1.Combine pomegranate juice and sugar in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. 2.Stir until sugar dissolves — do not boil.
  3. 3.Remove from heat, add orange blossom water.
  4. 4.Cool, bottle, and refrigerate.

Notes

  • Lasts 3-4 weeks.
  • Far superior to commercial grenadine — no corn syrup, no artificial color.
