Pornstar Martini

Ingredients
- Vanilla Vodka2 oz
- Passion Fruit Liqueur1 oz
- Passion Fruit Puree0.5 oz
- Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Vanilla Simple Syrup0.5 oz
- Prosecco2 oz
Method
- 1.Combine vodka, Passoã, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2.Shake hard for 10-12 seconds.
- 3.Fine strain into a coupe glass.
- 4.Float half a fresh passion fruit on top, cut side up.
- 5.Serve with a chilled shot glass of Prosecco on the side.
Notes
- The Prosecco sidecar is essential — sip it between drinks or pour it into the cocktail.
- Originally called the 'Maverick Martini' before being renamed.
