Painkiller

Created at the Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke, British Virgin Islands — named because patrons had to swim ashore and pay with wet money.
Ingredients
- Pusser's Navy Rum2 oz
- Pineapple Juice4 oz
- Orange Juice1 oz
- Coconut Cream1 oz
Method
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2.Shake hard for 12-15 seconds.
- 3.Strain into a hurricane glass or tiki mug over crushed ice.
- 4.Grate fresh nutmeg generously over the top.
- 5.Garnish with an orange slice.
Notes
- Pusser's trademarked the recipe — the original specifically calls for their Navy Rum.
- This is a 'Painkiller #2' (2 oz rum). A #3 uses 3 oz, a #4 uses 4 oz. Adjust to taste.
- Fresh nutmeg on top is non-negotiable.
