Negroni Sbagliato
Classic Cocktails · Served rocks in a Rocks glass
Created by accident at Bar Basso in Milan when bartender Mirko Stocchetto grabbed Prosecco instead of gin. 'Sbagliato' means 'mistaken' in Italian.
Ingredients
- Campari1 oz
- Sweet Vermouth1 oz
- Prosecco1.5 oz
Method
- 1.Add Campari and sweet vermouth to a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 2.Top with Prosecco.
- 3.Gently stir once to combine without killing the bubbles.
- 4.Garnish with an orange slice.
Notes
- Lighter and more refreshing than a standard Negroni — the bubbles lift the bitter notes.
