Ingredients
- Bourbon2.5 oz
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz

Method
- 1.Gently muddle mint with syrup in a julep cup.
- 2.Add bourbon and pack with crushed ice.
- 3.Stir until the cup frosts on the outside.
- 4.Top with more crushed ice, dome it above the rim.
- 5.Garnish with a large mint bouquet.
