Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients
- Vodka0.5 oz
- Gin0.5 oz
- White Rum0.5 oz
- Tequila Blanco0.5 oz
- Triple Sec0.5 oz
- Lemon Juice0.75 oz
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz
- Cola1 oz
Method
- 1.Combine all spirits, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2.Shake briefly for 5-8 seconds.
- 3.Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- 4.Top with cola and gently stir to integrate.
- 5.Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Notes
- Despite appearances, a well-made LIIT should taste balanced and refreshing, not boozy.
- The cola is just for color and a touch of sweetness — don't drown the drink.
