Hugo Spritz
Classic Cocktails · Served tall in a Wine glass
Created by Roland Gruber in 2005 in South Tyrol, Italy, as a lighter alternative to the Aperol Spritz.
Ingredients
- Prosecco3 oz
- Elderflower Liqueur1.5 oz
- Soda Water1 oz
- Lime Juice0.5 oz
Method
- 1.Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- 2.Pour in the elderflower liqueur and lime juice.
- 3.Add Prosecco and top with soda water.
- 4.Gently stir once to combine.
- 5.Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wheel.
Notes
- Originally made with elderflower syrup and fresh mint — St-Germain is the modern standard.
