Gin Fizz

Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Lemon Juice1 oz
- Simple Syrup0.75 oz
- Egg White1 each
- Soda Water2 oz
Method
- 1.Combine gin, lemon, syrup, and egg white — dry shake 15 seconds.
- 2.Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
- 3.Strain into a Collins glass (no ice).
- 4.Top with soda water — the foam should rise above the glass.
