  1. 1.Combine gin, lemon, syrup, and egg white — dry shake 15 seconds.
  2. 2.Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
  3. 3.Strain into a Collins glass (no ice).
  4. 4.Top with soda water — the foam should rise above the glass.
