Classic Cocktails · Served tall in a Highball glass
Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Tonic Water4 oz
Method
- 1.Fill a Copa glass or highball with ice to the top.
- 2.Pour gin over the ice.
- 3.Slowly pour tonic water down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.
- 4.Gently stir once from bottom to top.

Notes
- Quality tonic matters enormously — Fever-Tree, Q Tonic, or East Imperial are all excellent choices.
- The 1:2 spirit-to-tonic ratio keeps the drink balanced without drowning the gin.
