Ingredients
- Dark Rum2 oz
- Ginger Beer4 oz
- Lime Juice0.5 oz
Method
- 1.Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2.Add lime juice, then ginger beer.
- 3.Float dark rum on top by pouring over the back of a barspoon.
- 4.Garnish with a lime wedge. Stir before drinking.
