Bramble

Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Lemon Juice1 oz
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz
- Creme de Mure0.5 oz
Method
- 1.Combine gin, lemon, and syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2.Shake for 10 seconds. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
- 3.Drizzle creme de mure over the top — let it bleed through the ice.
- 4.Garnish with blackberries and a lemon slice.
