Ingredients
- Amaretto1.5 oz
- Bourbon0.75 oz
- Lemon Juice1 oz
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz
- Egg White1 each
Method
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a shaker — no ice. Dry shake 15 seconds.
- 2.Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
- 3.Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 4.Garnish with a brandied cherry.
